Can you help with rental car arrangements?
- Unfortunately, this would have to be through your insurance company. We are unable to assist with this.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate? How long will it take to get an estimate? Is there a cost?
- To better service our customers, we require an appointment to be made ahead of time. However, we do offer free, quick 15-minute estimates.
Is my vehicle a total loss if the frame is damaged?
- When the cost to repair the vehicle is greater than the actual cash value (ACV) of the vehicle, usually cars are considered to be “totaled." Oftentimes, this is not the case and the damage can be fixed.
Will the parts be ordered before dropping off my vehicle?
- In order to expedite our car repair services, we try to oder needed parts ahead of time.
Do you do ding and dent removal?
- No, we do not offer any type of dent removal.
Can you match the factory paint color?
- We strive to return your vehicle to its former glory by matching exact paint colors.
Can I wash my car right after?
- We advise to wait at least 30 days to wax your vehicle or go through a car wash. However, you are able to wash your vehicle at home within 24-48 horus of service.
Is there a warranty for my car's repairs?
- Warranties are typically offered through your insurance company or the manufacturer for parts.
